Since President Trump chose to NOT adopt the RNC pledge and NOT participate, no one from the campaign should be allowed at the debate anywhere. It is simply wrong.

I had to study this submission to be sure it was not fabricated by the Babylon Bee. It SEEMS sort of plausible, that Donald Trump Junior would step in to divert some of the spin that would surely be directed at Donald Trump Senior.

Donald J. Trump is a very quick-witted scion who responds directly and with some originality to attacks upon Team Trump. The analogy of the fruit and the tree applies here.

I can’t imagine regular people to be tuning in to either the debate or yet another monthly Trump interview. Granted, Donnie Junior makes the debate more of a cringy WWF side show which might appeal to some.

Anyway I doubt that anyone other than Donnie Junior will be focusing on Trump or the the past.

A few questions might attempt to drag Trump into it, but it would be stupid for any of the candidates to take the bait. Same applies for Donnie Jr. He should be ignored every time he throws an insult grenade at anyone or accuse them of hoping his dad goes to prison or of course accuse them of being donor driven.

The serious candidates will be focusing on their vision for the future.

It seems FR is mostly Democrat / RINO these days. Every thread is at least 75% opposed to the de facto leader of the Republican Party, Donald J. Trump.

His MAGA movement is the life blood of the Republican Party, yet these people want him gone - it makes no sense if they are really Republicans - so I’m convinced they are not. FR has been hijacked by the enemy.

They pretend to be past Trump supporters who want someone younger or with less baggage to lead the MAGA movement - but I think they are just liars. Democrat liars.

I really don’t mind hearing dissenting opinions, even from Democrats - but that’s not what this is. The relentless anti-Trump trolling is not reasonable. They are obviously Democrat operatives out to destroy FR by sabotaging every thread and wasting good people’s precious time.

Translation, I want to ensure I take away every other voice from this race, so I will hold a competing program and ensure that my son is there. I was OK with him skipping this debate and letting the others weed out the joke candidates. Then I thought it was disrespectful, tacky, and cowardly, to try to take away from letting other candidates be heard by the MAGA fans by doing a competing interview (if so confident then why not let them here from potential VPs?) . That’s my question as well. If surrogates are allowed in a presidential debate, that could be a profound game changer for both parties. Joe would never appear except via surrogates, befuddled as he always is.
