But with the right jury . . .

(And don’t expect the Roberts court to intervene.)

How legitimate can this prosecution be when the elected prosecuting attorney ran for the office promising to get Trump then waited over two years to bring charges so as to interfere with the 2024 election. Meanwhile, election denier Stacy Abrahms goes Scott free.

Russia had their show trials under Lenin and Stalin. The purpose of the show trials was to intimidate the nation and to squelch free thought and opinion. Donald Trump is in a show trial because they fear him. This is a must for any dictatorship to survive. Most were sentenced to the Gulag and many died in the Gulag. Some were executed but most went to the Gulag.

Those that were a real danger to the regime, such as in high ranking military officers, simply disappeared. They got a bullet to the back of skull from a Tokarev or Makarov pistol and the body just disappeared. Stalin executed almost all officers in the Polish Army when he gained control of Poland. They represented a threat so he killed them.

Post cold war (which is no on again) a Russian general was asked what he feared most if Russia and Nato went to war? His answer was “being shot in the back by a Polish soldier.”

Fani Wilis, Jack (off) Smith, GArland, Wray, Biden, Harris and all of their runningh dogs are destroying due process, Presidential Privilege, and freedom of speech .

Since they fail to defend and protect the Constitution I no longer regarfd them as Ameericans. They are now the enemy.

And the entire nation except for a very fewnagree. Now we get rid of them all.Without exception.

Was the election stilen in 2020? You bet it was, its the only way suich a collective of thugs could seize power.

Time to cast the lot of these treasonous thugs over the side of the ship of state.Make ‘em walk the Constitution plank.

The “crime” so heinous that it took them two and a half years to figure out what it was...

Willis’ indictment is the most outrageous, outlandish misuse of a RICO statute
ever seen, and it fails to establish even a credible threshold violation of the law.

DA Willis claims that the “Trump conspiracy” contained a
“common plan and purpose” to commit two or more acts of
racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia,
and......get this..... in “other states,” including Arizona, Michigan, Nevada,
New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia.

Apparently, Fulton County DA Willis thinks she not only has statewide jurisdiction in Georgia, but also has jurisdiction over acts that supposedly happened in six other states and the District of Columbia.

I am sure the attorneys general of those states will be surprised to learn that.

Indeed Willis opened a can of worms for herself thinking she could pull of the scam with legal mumbo jumbo.

It’ll be like a teenager in a battle of wits with William F Buckley.

Willis manufactured this egregious “case” with seemingly unfathomable, unforgivable ignorance
of an American’s freedom to speak, to engage in political activity, and to petition the government
for a redress of grievances that is protected by the First Amendment.

By naming as alleged co-conspirators the lawyers who were representing Trump and providing
him with advice and counsel in the legal actions that were in the state and before legislators during
public hearings and in private conversations, Willis is also attacking the fundamental way our justice system works, wherein lawyers are tasked with vigorously pursuing the interests of their clients.

Under the crazy legal theories being pushed in Willis’ indictment, every lawyer in Georgia
who represents a defendant and makes statements that turn out to be wrong or legal arguments
that are ultimately rejected could be accused of conspiring with his or her client to commit a crime.

IOW, a lawyer could be charged with a crime for doing what the professional code of conduct
tells the lawyer he is supposed to do; represent the interests of his client to the best of his abilities.

I’m puzzled as to why the legal community does not come forward and
defend its compelling interests against the sophomoric claims of Fani Willis.

The inquisition (so called trial) has to start first before action can be taken I’m sure a line is forming.

“The attack on the First Amendment and the very structure of the American legal system by the Star Chamber of Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney Fani Willis is a profound assault on our democratic republic and the rule of law.“

I don’t know about all you other guys but I don’t intend to live like this forever or bequeath it to my son.
