Bevin ticked off the teachers by trying to fix the very broken pension system. Shortly after the election I read that the overall vote count was way low and so the theory was that the teachers didn’t actually vote for Beshear, they just didn’t vote.

Beshear’s vetoed the bill that would bar males from playing on female sports teams. I think the legislature overrode his veto easily, but I hope people remember what he did. Cameron has an ad with Beshear posing with a bunch of apparent sexual perverts to remind people where he stands. I hope these things will be his undoing, but like you, I’m not holding my breath.
