He could always eliminate his rivals like the DS did to his father.
That’s been my pet peeve for 50 years - people referring to “democratic” policies, a “democratic” candidate or a “democratic” majority. Reagan always used the adjective “democrat” and Trump does the same.
Any party that has made the general election ballot can still swap out the candidate.
You only have to meet the mail-in ballot headlines, and there are no 'sore loser' laws preventing party-swapping in Federal elections.
Given mail-in ballots in a Presidential election year won't be printed anywhere in any state until the last major-party convention affirms their President and VP candidates, RFKjr could see how his primary campaign plays (surely 1st or 2nd to SC, at which point he will likely get the Deep State Shuffle, as they did for Biden in 2020 forcing Sec'y f@g and Clubfoot out in 48 hours after SC, and then Doomberg and Fauxcahontas after Super Tuesday.) and at the same time, either quietly trojan horse a "USA Party" 3rd-party all along under another party name, and swap out before, let's say, Easter 2024, when Trump will have long conquered the GOP primary, but Biden might likely still be vulnerable in the donkey delegate count...
Or RFKjr could simply take over the Green or Libertarian nomination, having quietly ensured that they had full 50-state ballot representation beforehand.
RFKjr could also then change the name of the Libertarian Party or Green Party or whatever Party he subsumed, to the "USA Party", as long as he made it before the mail-in ballot printing deadline.
That shit would be lit, as then Biden and Trump would have their nominations locked up before May, and so the general election campaign would begin on Derby Day weekend. That would be Trump v RFKjr vs Biden-as-senile-Perot in a 3-way plurality winner election like 1992, straight up.
RFKjr bleeds the East/NW/BlueWall from Biden and Trump strolls in with his 2016 states, certainly flipping VA (with Youngkin) and GA, and possibly adding back MI/PA, and maybe grabbing crazy wins in MD and NJ for a blowout.
If he uses this excuse to go independent he likely will get Joe elected.

By taking many posters around, it will put the no one but trump in a hell of a pickle if the likely scenario of a non-trump nomination combined with a more unlikely scenario of a Kennedy 3rd party run, it would yield a democrat becoming president with a plurality of votes a la Clinton
