It’s on the West side of I-65 between Sonora and Glendale exits not far south from E Town Ky. I actually drove by there last afternoon.
Again it’s shocked me how “yuuuge” it was. I counted about 2 dozen cranes on use in the construction…24 dang cranes all working. A realtor told me once fully in production and staffed it will change the price of reality in all of Central Ky.
My property might actually be worth something some day?!
Related: I just got off the phone with my wife who is visiting Anthem, AZ. Taiwan is building a massive chip plant there. Apparently it will be hiring 10,000 employees.

Our area will never be worth worth the real estate in the mega cities or coastal areas (at least not in our lives).
I certainly hope not. I could not afford the property taxes. 😉
