What war do you speak of? If you are talking about the SMO in Ukraine neither country involved has declared war. Why is that?

Did you know that the U.S. has not fought a war since 1945? Why did’t they use nukes in Korea? Vietnam? Iraq? Afghanistan? Or even dozens of other countries?
