under normal circumstances, this would massively backfire as the IRS would fight back by dumping trainloads of damning documentation supporting their positions that hunter committed massive tax fraud .... but of course, under the fascist biden administration, we’ll probably won’t see too much of that ... perhaps the IRS will be made to apologize to hunter, instead ...
That assumes that the IRS litigates on TV. This lawsuit is made for TV, but the litigation is only interesting to accountants, and the IRS knows that. So do Hunter’s lawyers and Brandon’s handlers. Hence, the lawsuit.
