Well, of course you can. Dontcha know that if a certain person merely touches a Confidential document(and certainly if he writes memos on said document and gives it away to any Tom, Dick or Sally) or brings it home (even if he never, ever saw the confidential document before) it loses its magical “confidential” status? It’s the same magical principal.

Can’t pardon him for things.he hasn’t been charged with.

Don’t think that is correct. While I’m not an attorney, nor constitution scholar, I seem to recall Ford pardoned Nixon before any charges of any kind were levied against Nixon. I believe the working was similar to being pardoned for ANY crimes for which he may be charged. If the Republican Senators of the 70s had the ethics of today’s Democrat Senators, he probably would have been impeached but not convicted and removed from office.

The House Judiciary Committee approved three articles of impeachment against Nixon for obstruction
of justice, abuse of power, and contempt of Congress. With his complicity in the cover-up made public
upon release of the tapes, Nixon’s political support completely eroded. With that, his impeachment by
the House and conviction by the Senate became a certainty,[a] and so he resigned from office under
Section 1 of the 25th Amendment on August 9, 1974.[12][13] He is the only U.S. president to have
resigned from office. On September 8, 1974, his successor, Gerald Ford, pardoned him.

It could work. It would have the advantage of letting Biden play the victim card. But I still think it will be via the “health reasons” excuse. Play out the string and decline to run again. Retire to the applause of the media peanut gallery.

If Ford could only have done that.
Sets up Newsom. The pardon issue would go away easy if Biden would not be on the ballot and Kamala running would be an open sore.

If the Dung Hill is promoting it, the orders came from the DNC.
This is why Biden has been more crazy than usual in the past month.
I already predicted Biden will be gone by Dec.

What impeachable crimes has Biden done while president, not Vice President but president?

Make Biden allocute his specific crimes for which he is being pardoned. Then, if Trump gets in office, have the DOJ confiscate the ill-gotten booty. Let’s see how Jill and the rest of them act then.

I believe Biden will drop out for health reasons and it will be Harris who pardons all Biden Family members—she’s not going to run for anything any more (bought off). Then it will be an Open Convention for another “Reader in Chief” to oversee the decline of America into a two class nation. The rich aristocracy and a rabble of ignorant Commoners. That will work for a while until things get really bad and Revolution brings on a True Communist society—like Russia in 1920 or China in 1955.

The Deep State is never going to allow Trump back in office, no matter how many votes he gets. He promised to jail Hillary in 2016 but never followed through, so even if he promises to go after Biden I doubt it would actually happen.

Yep. Whenever you read a negative article about Biden from a leftwing columnist, they always have to preface it with a swipe at Trump.

The punchline of the whole article:

“But Biden has a trump card. He can derail all of this with as little damage to Democrats as possible if he just pardons Hunter and drops out of the race for re-election.:

And for Derek Hunter, the right thing to do is whatever will cause as little damage to Democrats as possible. That’s right. The party that backed this POS for three years, the party that, until now, scoffed at any suggestion of wrong-doing or corruption on the part of Biden and has pretended that he was mentally and physically fit, yes THAT’s the party that Derek Hunter wants to see emerge from all of this with as little damage as possible.

I repeat. The House of Representatives could shut this whole nightmare surrounding the Bidens down if they just absolutely REFUSED to fund ANYTHING but defense, social security and healthcare.

Maybe I’m missing a few items that similarly be funded but they need to Elon Musk the federal government and send 80% of federal employees home permanently.

The second demand should be that Biden immediately resigns.

Nevermind it’s Harris up next because a kindergarten child is better than Biden.
