RE: Despite the hair-raising moment, Biden recovered his footing and appeared unbothered by the gaffe.
As if he is aware of his surroundings the rest of the time. If he’s in a daze he isn’t bothered by anything. But sudden anger surges happen when they tell him his poll numbers are down. Or when somebody moves the White House bathrooms during the day so he can’t remember where they are.

A shorter stair case? so it doesn’t reach the plane, or doesn’t reach the ground?
Let’s try giving him different size steps, that’s sure to make him safer !!!

Imagine how many drugs they have pumped in him.
We’ve seen the IV marks for 3 years now.

No, it’s actually there, just farther towards the tail of the plane, and it appears to be about halfway as high as the main staircase, probably something like a service entrance.

His mind was telling him to do a little jog for the cameras, his feet forgot how.

Yes Grassley is old.
If every elderly Congress person were as sharp as he is, we wouldn’t be talking as much about the issue .

President Biden, 80, slipped and nearly tumbled down a 14-step staircase while exiting Air Force One on Tuesday
His wife or someone who cares about him should insist that Biden start using a walker. He's decrepit and obviously a fall risk. But of course, the optics would be bad so they'll let this senile old man dodder around helplessly.

Enjoy your trip
See you next fall.

OK, he nearly stumbled, not tumbled. As for the shorter stairs, on some clips (not from today) you can see that when he gets into AF1 he turns rights and heads up more stairs inside—that way any stumbles or tumbles are out of sight of us groundlings. They look narrow and likely have handrails on both sides to help him climb up and down.

Actually, this particular stumble was mild compared to some of his others - falling up the stairs to Air Force One, falling off of his bike, tripping over a sandbag at West Point, etc. His handlers know it's just a matter of time before he takes a spectacular fall that can't be explained away as "the wind" or some other lame excuse.

you should be banned for teasing us like that. 14 aluminum steps would likely critically hurt him........
