How, in detail.
There is so much money in those countries, and if they cared to they could fund Palestinian development, instead of anti-Israel terrorism in the name of Palestinians. With 25 miles of Mediterranean coastline, a stable non-violent government, and proper development, tourism to Gaza could generate enough income to incredibly increase the standard of living for those Palestinians living there. Egypt could also offer them an additional parcel of land in the Sinai for economic development - or even farming.
The hatred of Israel and Jews is the biggest obstacle to Palestinian prosperity.

My thoughts exactly.
They don't. They got tired of pouring money into Yassir Arafat's black hole bank accounts years ago. They knew they were being suckered and quit. The Palestinians wore out their welcome in Jordan and tried to overthrow the King Hussein, father of the current king. They are 'persona non grata' in Jordan. The Saudis and Egyptians also got tired of supporting them because everywhere they went they cause trouble. The only ones supporting them is IRAN and parts of what's left of Syria.........................
