A ton of them in NYC are, with no legal right to work, working in the “delivery” business, whether for individual restaurants and other retailers, Door Dash, Grubhub and others, where proving a right to work has long been ignored.

Could simply grab a broom and start cleaning the streets. NYC would pay for that.
