I think that's what bothers me the most. Not only does our government lie to us, but our press - which is supposed to be the watchdog - is their willing accomplice, covering up the truth, spreading lies, helping send innocent people to jail and keeping the guilty in power.
This is not how America is supposed to be. I don't know what can be done to fix it. Too many sheeple are too content. My conservative-ish son was arguing with me this weekend. He is totally convinced the police officers killed George Floyd. When I showed him the autopsy report he said if that were true they wouldn't have been found guilty. He said he saw the video, the video doesn't lie, that officer put he knee on his neck until he was dead and the other officers didn't stop him. With brainwashing like this...how can the truth win?

1) US lets in unvetted Muslims who despise America
2) Terrorist attack happens
3) Americans rally around the flag and President
4) New federal laws pass that curtail the rights of US citizens but not foreigners who are still coming over en masse
5) Billions of dollars printed and more (white) US servicemen come home in body bags or with missing limbs
6) Muslims people get displaced by the US bombing
7) Muslims hate America even more
8) US lets in thousands of unvetted Muslims who despise America....

I agree. We are gaslighted around the clock nowadays. The Media, the CDC/FDA/Medical Community, our politicians - just non-stop gaslighting. The brainwashing continues - and we need to resist. I can't blame your son, but maybe you can steer him to check other sources from time to time (e.g., infowars, OAN, etc), because yes - the Mainstream Media WILL lie to us. I'd like not to believe it was so, but sadly it is.
