Leave out “disproportionate” and it makes a little more sense. Leaving out Karine Jean-Pierre might make a little more sense as well. How did she determine who was only “perceived” to be Muslim? I’m afraid she lacks evidence to back many of her claims,but not sure that many pay much attention to her reports anyway, so maybe it doesn’t even matter.
