Because of their location, conviction in one or more of these cases is fairly certain. Obviously it will run up for appeal, and likely end up with SCOTUS having to awaken from their beach-induced naps.
The Mar a lago docs case might be deferred until 2025. In which case, as Ms Rodham has said, what does it matter.
The 6% referred to is such a small sample that it has no meaning. I looked at that poll’s internals. The partisan mix is not bothersome because some states do not have party registration.
Maybe the most clear problem with the poll and interpreting it is their selection of issues. Their idea of ISSUES about which to ask voters who would be strongest on this issue.
None of those issues listed were Drain the Swamp. None of them talked about creating upheaval in the Deep State. Those are the only issues that matter but they dare not talk about them. Instead, they lead with Abortion and look aghast at how no one seems to care anymore. Settled law and all that.
They also went out and asked the conviction-changes-your-vote question of people from counties that did not vote Trump. These people were Never Trump Swamp Filth and the reporter wanted to get that text in his or her article.
Bottom line — the issue is erase the self declared elite and assert ascendancy and dominance of the PEOPLE. Populism has lost all stigma. Only Trump has laced his speeches with that concept. The rest gather for GOPe retreats and discuss how to undercut and betray the People’s desires, because, of course, the People cannot know their own best interests.
Liberal presstitudes never give up the dream that one more lie or hit against Trump will be the ‘kill-shot’. But it never is, and they’re too stupid to ask themselves ‘why not’?

I’m not sure they actually do - at least not fraud at 2020 levels.
In 2020 they had the advantage of plausible deniability - millions of willing foot soldiers who participated in the trafficking of supposedly mailed-in ballots without asking questions about the legality.
The people who taped cardboard on the windows to block Republicans from observing. The people who accepted money for stuffing huge batches of ballots into drop boxes. The truckers who drove truckloads of ballots across state lines.
The people who organized clearing houses to collect and distribute ballots wherever needed. The postal workers who allowed undeliverable returned ballots to be collected without question. The people who followed instructions to rubber-stamp questionable ballots, or suspend verifying signatures..
In the month following the election, I imagine a lot of these people heard the allegations being made that there was massive fraud, and wondered if they had unknowingly committed serious crimes. I think many of these operatives and recruits were a bit shocked to see how many hidden cameras there are, how many drones flying over head, the DNA, how advanced the GPS tracking is, how advanced the facial recognition software is.. how many whistleblowers came forward.
Will it be as easy this time around to recruit mules, truckers, counterfeiters and rubber-stampers to commit the fraud? Will the recruiters be as willing to instruct recruits to commit fraud, knowing any one if the recruits could be a Project Veritas type plant, potentially recording them as they conspire to commit fraud?
I think a great many of the fraudsters from 2020 consider themselves lucky that they never got caught - and will take a pass this time around.

While Trump was speaking, the Lefties were attacking, the MAGA crowd was naturally listening to the President’s speech.
Do you not agree with this absolutely logical conclusion? Do you think those who really support him would give up on the chance to see him live?
Now, after the rally, people walked slowly down to the Capitol, where they found the doors being propped ope—AFTER the violent riot—by the Capitol Police, and came on in. They are the ones who were unjustly prosecuted.
If there were any MAGA supporters who forgo’ed the President’s speech and chose to riot, then I agree they need to be arrested and charged appropriately.
However, what is totally unappropriated is charging them and President Trump with insurrection over what was a riot* while Trump said—with his own voice, live on TV, in person and video tape—go and protest peacefully.
*No more than the Summer of “Love” Mostly Peaceful George Floyd Anti-police riots of 2020.
Fake indictments haven’t hurt Trump but a fake conviction might 🙄
