IMO/IME At a well run BK.. Their burgers are better than your std McD’s..
However, there are so many badly run BKs. I think it damages the brand entirely.
It is just safer to go to a far more consistent place, especially if you’re on the road or in an unknwn area. McD, Wendy, Chick fil a, etc.
In California, this problem is solved via ordering from a kiosk, mobile ordering is also encouraged - all of the ones I’ve been to do this. I understand they’re looking at AI for their drive-thrus.
What? Fake meat doesn’t sell? Who’da thunk it?!
My mother loved Chick-fil-A and wasn’t happy that they weren’t open on Sundays, ironically, she wanted to go there after church. I’ve found their food too salty for my own taste, especially the breakfast menu.
I’m surprised Burger King is still open in my town - we have an In-n-Out nearby and a (far better) Tommy’s Burgers, their chili burger can’t be beat.
BK was at the forefront of every rainbow and wokeness trend. Then they doubled down and jumped on the backdoor global agenda to try and force meat eaters to become grass eaters bandwagon.
They did it to themselves. All they had to do was remain neutral and stay out of cultural politics.
The first thing BK should do is stop the aggressive upping. “I’ll have a Whopper” “You want fries with that?” “No, just a Whopper” “With cheeeez?” “No, just a plain whopper.” AAAAND now I get a hamburger with no tomatoes, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions...
They suck anyway. Their quality has gone to hell and besides all that fast food does, is make you fat. No nutritional value what so ever. Close all those fast food joints and watch the country slim down.

I posted a few weeks ago about O’Charlies closing, their SECOND round of closings. People have less money so they’re are cutting out frivolous things first..like overpriced restaurants.
Bidenomics.
I have an idea:
TRY MAKING A BETTER BURGER.
Their burgers SUCK.
For our family it’s In N Out. Great product and friendly service. Our grandkids like McDonalds because of the playground. They rarely finish their Mac food.
I am sure California is going to lose Burger Kings.
Fast food became a thing because it was cheap and quick. Well it is no longer cheap (and the quality is often in question). If not now, soon, fast food will be too expensive for the average American family.
Growing up in the 1950s our family almost never ate in a restaurant (unless we were traveling), all our meals were at home (and we took sack lunches to school).
My first fast food experience was when I was around 16 and I discovered a Jack in the Box had been built near us.
The truth is that home made meals are cheaper then restaurant meals. One easy way to save money is cut down on dining out, and (second) make your own coffee. Before there were coffee shops all over people carried thermos of coffee (or other drinks).
I see automation coming to fast food places soon.
As someone pointed out, the real minimum ware is zero!
We do not go to Burger King. Ever. I grew up with one a few blocks away and it was consistently bad.
McDonald’s is also inconsistent. They’re usually mediocre but I will say that on a trip in October 2020 we stopped for lunch at the McD in Price, Utah and it was phenomenal! Best burger, best fries, best service...amazing!
Yes, Toms was mainly in my part of the country... they were terrible.... every single time I went to a BK< and the experience was bad, it was always a Tom’s King... ALWAYS... When I would travel outside the region, I would always be surprised to find a BK that was well run if I stopped there... because all the ones around me are (or at least were) atrocious.
The Left’s plan of putting fast food out of business is working but where will their Illegals work now ? LOL
They went bankrupt and got bought out by another large franchisee I believe, which is why that pothole likely finally got fixed.
That's fine with me. I thought The Burger King was kind of creepy anyway.
In my opinion, Burger King has a far superior product [The flame broiled Whopper] but the absolute worst quality control with commensurate results.
LOL, of course, said with the Edward G. Robinson accent from “The Ten Commandments”!
