I would take Haely’s ideas on the U.N. a few steps further.

I would allow only the U.N. security council to convene in New York and require the General Assembly to find new digs in some other country, and limit U.S. funding to oly for the Security Council.

I would also (if I were POTUS) condemn all else the U.N. does as totally illegitimate and unnecessary meddling in the rightful affairs of sovereign nations.
