I doubt they would have a decent jury if the venue was DC. My guess is they were counting on DC injustice. Maybe his family could sue elsewhere. But it's not just the J6 committee.

If truth be known, I would wager that the Alphabet agencies of the Deep State have lots of blackmail material on many of the House Select Committee members and used their leverage to get them to do what they wanted.

I will never forget Senator Chuck Schumer warning Trump that he can't disrespect and challenge the intelligence agencies as they can kill him or something similar. The Deep State runs WA DC.
