I was somewhat dubious about her claim that Biden has improved finances for most people in the country. But when she gave out with a “full stop” at the end, that convinced me. No one would use that phrase lightly. I do feel better off now.

It is one of the things that disturbs me about this country.
There are sentient beings who can, as a citizen, cast a vote, who really believe this kind of thing.
I expect it from the press and from the Administration, which has ripped a page right out of the Soviet and ChiCom playbook (see the “cleansing” of San Francisco, if that is even possible, for Chairman XI’s visit.)
But there are people you pass on the street, people you work with, people who might even be related to you, who mouth this and believe it. I find that deeply unsettling.
People who say America could never become like the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, or Communist China are whistling past the graveyard as they deceive themselves.
