Your failure to grasp sarcasm is what is stunning.

When someone asks if you are a dictator, “no” is NOT the right response. A straight denial legitimizes the question and that is not what you want.

You answer with sarcasm - something like “Right. I’m a dictator”. Or you say “Only on weekends”, or you say what Trump said.

The last thing you want to do is give a straight denial to an absurd question like that.
