It should be left to the parents in this case. This is not birth control. Paxton and the state of Texas is not having the baby and prosecuting the doctors is like bypassing the shooter and going after the gun makers whether the shooter was withun the law or not. So the state should stay out of it as they are parenting rather than let the actual parents decide. It doesn’t take a village to parent. And that used to be a liberal phrase so they could control your decisions as parents. Are conservatives turning into them?

I was certain that this has already been happening for many years. Ever since viewing the fetus in utero became commonplace in most doctors’ offices.

I read elsewhere that the baby has Trisomy disorder causing birth defects (but not necessarily Downs Syndrome).
I don’t understand how the baby could be in pain now in utero.

The baby has Edward's Syndrome. 95% of those fetuses affected by Edward's Syndrome die before birth. Of those few that do survive, the average lifespan is 5-15 days.
Notice how the “journalist” failed to actually tell the reader what the child's disability is? You can lie by commission or omission. This fraud of a journalist chose the latter.
