Anyone can attend a caucus as an observer but not as a participant may do so, however, they should contact the county party of the caucus they wish to attend to ensure space is available at the location.

So anyone can attend but you can’t participate in it unless you’re a registered Iowa member of the party with valid ID and voter registration card.

Most of Iowa is so rural that they would quickly notice someone who showed up to “participate” in an Iowa caucus where they didn't belong.

Even the more urban areas which might not notice can ask for proof of residence like a driver's license or utility bill. The loosey goosey rules that apply to federalized voting do NOT apply to party run caucuses.

She didn't say anything about door knockers. She said PARTICIPATE IN the caucus and you don't have to be a resident. There are many articles on this lie, so much so that the Iowa GOP had to put out a statement that said Remember: you must be a legal resident of Iowa and the precinct "you live in and bring photo ID with you to participate in the #iacaucus! Hence why she and her husband had to clarify that you couldn't actually particiate IN the caucus "obivously", but you could "help", hahahaha. This is what Team DeSantis and Cruz Crew do all the time in Iowa. They throw out a lie and hope nobody noticies.
