If the SC rules against Trump, Joe Biden and others will be open to similar prosecutions. Somehow I don’t think the Dept of Injustice would be eager to prosecute Biden, unless they were in a hurry to kill his 2024 nomination, to pave the way for somebody who could at least pretend to be competent.

Now I can buy into to some of that. I think deep state wants them both out personally and this could be a twofer...

It was a shock they were pushing Biden in 2020. In fact, Obama’s 2 terms amazed me too. But at least Obama could talk.

I don’t think so. I think Smith knows his case will not survive the SC, is tired of it in spades and just wants it all to be over.
