Did we ever have rain! AND hail! As someone said on Jeff Piotrowski’s X page, we had a white Christmas. LOL! Hubby hasn’t checked the gauge yet.

What kind of a day did y’all have. Did Champ get all set for the winter rest?

He Who blessed our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob - may He bless the fighters of the Israel Defense Force, who stand guard over our land and the cities of our G-d from the border of the Lebanon to the desert of Egypt, and from the Great Sea unto the approach of the Aravah, on the land, in the air, and on the sea.

May HASHEM cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, Blessed is He, preserve and rescue our fighting men from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in their every endeavor.

May He lead our enemies under their sway and may He grant them salvation and crown them with victory. And may there be fulfilled for them the verse: For it is Hashem, your G-d, Who goes with you to battle your enemies for you to save you.

Except for the hail part, GREAT!! You needed the rain. I reckon the kitties didn’t appreciate it very much and I hope none got caught outside when the hail fell.

There’s been some rain in TN but it’s been moving north of here all day. They say we could have some showers here tomorrow but we’ll see. Monday, we get your rain.

Today was mostly cloudy but warm enough. Tomorrow is supposed to be close to 70 so I’ll crack a coupe of windows open.

Yep, Champ’s good to go now. We gave it a good bath, changed the oil, got the Stabil in the gas tank, took the deck off to clean underneath it, and Hubby’s cousin is going to sharpen the blades when he sharpens his when he winterizes his mower.

Those kitties can really scoot fast when they need to. I’m pretty sure they all found a safe place. I know now from our neighbor taking down the fence, that he has a covered patio, and I’m pretty sure that the kitties spend time there in inclement weather.

Yay. You might get our rain on Monday. I hope it holds out. This was a really nice one. Hope you do get to open the windows. Makes so much difference to the indoor air. It gets so stale in winter. At least here at my house.

Rain showers this evening and Sunday morning, low in the upper 30’s.k

A “white Christmas” is only nice if the snow is already on the ground and the roads are cleared. Otherwise it is additional work and mega stress.

Kitties are VERY good at scooting when they need to. LOL If some hang out on your neighbor’s patio, I hope he doesn’t mind. It’s too bad your house doesn’t have one. Hubby had a nice deck built at the old house several years ago but didn’t put a roof over it, and we never used it during summer. This house has one and I’m able to sit out there ..... as long as it isn’t 100 degrees. LOL If the cats were outside, I’m sure they’d use it for shade or to stay dry when it rains.

We’re going to get the rain Monday. Might even have a thunderstorm or two. It’ll start late tomorrow night and be out of here by Monday afternoon, with some light showers later. I’m glad we’re going to get a good soaker at last.

I wish we had one, too, but it would cost a fortune to build it now, and we still couldn’t afford it years ago. So...we’re stuck. Our neighbor doesn’t mind our kitties, and they never go into their back yard. I just wish they’d get the fence back up. I like having boundaries. LOL!

I hope you get the same soaker we did without the hail. LOL! But it wasn’t big ones to damage stuff, and it’ll melt and seep into the ground.

We got some rain here today, too. And some hail. Looked like snow in the street and on the lawn. Close as we’ll come to a white Christmas, for sure!

Guess I’d better go give the kitties a bit more food. If it’s not raining more. Don’t need a soggy mess, and they wouldn’t eat it anyhow.
