Canada has turned into a “beign” dictatorship. It’s not too bad (yet) but you have to say that you love Justin Trudeau.

Watched the vid several times on Rumble.

The prog goon looks like he is trying to convince himself that his lie is the truth... and it isn’t working.

Well, he is outed now and folks will be watching for him to do the same thing to someone else, through more camera lenses.

Splash this brownshirt all over the internet showing his fake cop BS lies and no one will want to hire him.

Bam! Right in the old bank account...

Canada has gone full fascist. That bald Nazi cop grabs the reporter and accuses HIM of assault. That cop is a psychopath who should be behind bars. If I said what I really think should happen to him, I would probably be arrested as a terrorist.

The Charter preceded the Accords by a decade; unlike the Accord, it was not put to the people by referendum. While Pierre Trudeau was the biggest proponent of this part of the 1982 Constitution Act (no need to wonder why), he opposed the Accord.

The Charter is self-annulling, as Section 1 clearly states:
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.
That of course is not the definition of rights and freedoms.

Nothing benign about having your rights violated. At all.

I’m not really a big fan of Constitutions in any case. But given that, better to have your Constitution written by James Madison than Pierre Trudeau.

The danger of the Charlottetown Accord was the “Social Charter”, which gave the Courts the role to promote such objectives as health care, welfare, education, environmental protection, and collective bargaining.

Trudeau didn’t like Charlottetown because it declared Quebec as a “Distinct Society” which he thought would increase the prospect of Quebec Separation (if only!)

The Ten Commandments are a constitution of law.

The first five books of the Bible are called “the Law” for a reason.

The Founding Fathers of the USA instituted a Constitution so as to make a set of laws that would not be readily altered and to create stability. That of course presumed “a moral and religious people”, as John Adams remarked; but societal stability requires such people whether a written constitution of law is present or absent.

The cop steps right in his path for the bump that gets him arrested for assault.

He should sue for false arrest, deprivation of... nevermind, it’s Canada.

That’s my point. In order for a Constitution to work, it needs a homogenous people who are all in basic agreement to follow its terms.

But if you have that, you don’t really need a Constitution. The Common Law will do.

But if you don’t have a homogenous people, and have a population that is divided on the most basic issues of civilization and morality, a Constitution will be useless since it will not be followed - which is exactly what is happening in the USA, and every Western country.

Sad to see the death of Democracy. Maybe we need to invade and bring freedom to The Canadian people’s Republic?

Unfortunately so. Castreau’s popularity is lower than almost any Canadian PM’s has ever been.

Here in occupied Alberta, he is absolutely loathed, as he/she/it (DIE-diversity/inclusivity/equity, doncha know) and his commie pal, Steven Guilbeault, are doing EVERYTHING to destroy Alberta and its economy.

With WW3 soon to get kinetic, expect this all over the ‘free’ world. Actually, long BEFORE WW3 becomes ‘kinetic’, this will be the norm.

The US Constitution, an amazing document of freedom, is a protection against tyranny, only as long as men and women of good conscience hold office or hold court appointments, otherwise, it is nothing but a piece of paper. Remember 2020, it is not the votes that count, it is those who count the votes.

The good news is that a new King is coming, who will rule forever. He will likely very soon come. He will make all things right.

MARANATHA
