That could mean a confrontation between armed men under The Big Guy’s command and armed men under Abbott’s command.

and the state bears responsibility

Um, nope! That's like saying a homeowner is responsible if burglars die by tripping over a no trespassing sign in your yard while breaking into your home.

This is a racist fantasy created by that dumbass, Henry Cuellar. Congress needs to investigate these allegations by the racist Cueller. There are way too many holes in this story. Where the hell are the bodies? According to the Feral “judges”, Mexico owns the Rio Grande. The story goes that some Mexican border types saw these three people drowning. Rather than pull them out of THEIR river, they called the U.S. Border Patrol. Dudley Doright said, “We’ll save them and took off for Mexico. The U.S. Army told them to go be heroes somewhere else. The Mexicans who retrieved the alleged bodies of three miggies had no information about them. They didn’t know their names, ages, sex, race or anything. Nobody knows who made up the “one woman and two children” booschidt. Cueller needs to have his lying ass locked up for blaming this fiasco on the Texas governor and Texas taxpayers. Cuellar needs to recuse himself from the Mexican invasion to take over the U.S. To the azho Chicongo and New Yawk governors and mayors worrying about the miggies freezing, IT’S 15 DEGREES HERE RIGHT NOW IN CENTRAL TEXAS.

Texas can not back off. This may be a pivotal point so other migrants will think twice and not cross.

Might deter future invaders.

one would hope. I think some encouragement with lead would help as well. Just a few exploding heads would discourage a lot of these invaders.

I grew up in Gitmo. We had what was at the time the world’s largest mine field between us and communist Cuba. There were warning signs about the land mines. Nobody ever tried to cross those areas.

Given that there are no facts, names, photos or anything tangible to lend credence to this supposed tragedy, it is likely just a fake sob story-didn’t happen. When a thing like that does happen in the real world, the parents of that kid are guilty of child neglect whether the kid survives or not. If the parent(s)survive, they usually end up in jail. These “poor souls” who are crossing the river paid someone in los carteles to get them here illegally-I have no sympathy at all for any of them who are adults...

Henry Cuellar should also try going for a nice Rio Grande swim.

A case can be made that the Biden administration is responsible for these types of deaths (including cases where people suffocate inside trucks illegally carrying aliens, or die of natural causes trying to cross barren deserts).

The case would be that any reasonable person could predict that if the federal gov’t abdicated their responsibility to guard the borders and rationally manage (legal) immigration policies, then state or local gov’ts would be overwhelmed and take any kind of effective action to seal the border.

The irresponsible politics of Biden and his cabal lead directly to these deaths. And that’s just the tip of a larger iceberg. All the harm done in country by illegal aliens, rapes, murders, robberies, d.u.i. etc, can also be placed on Biden’s shoulders, and also, all the harm and suffering of aliens in transit through mexico or anywhere else.

The federal gov’t has effectively said, “break the law, there will be very few consequences and potential rewards.”

All that follows is therefore their fault, legally.

I hope they are prosecuted in 2025 for these crimes.

It is the fault of the Mexican authorities. George Soros, the RCC of Lucifer, and other multinational groups. Likely quite of few NGO tied to the WEF, Communist Dems, and Republicans.

Didn’t happen the way Cuellar tells it. He is a liar. They just drowned but nobody but them caused it.
