The constitution does not grant rights or expand natural rights. It doesn’t guarantee to protect all my rights. It does have explicit guarantees that prevent government from taking several listed ones away. Non citizens are not protected by the US constitution. ANd since judges go to law school the don’t understand the law.
They have superior rights even including boarding without ID and going first before all other passengers on an airline..
Seems broadly similar to the granting of Rights to the Tribes in the 1980s, while denigrating non-tribal ‘rights’ as mere privileges which can be revoked any given time.

But SCOTUS already ruled way back in Heller that
“Like most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited. [It is] not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose.”
OK, I can see how if a person is legally in the US, therefore, they are not criminally in possession, would be OK. But anyone here illegal, would be in criminal possession, not OK. I think our problem is that we don’t recognize the criminal nature of people illegally in the US. That should filter or limit whatever constitutional rights they have, including speech, search and seizure, etc.

Convicted felons, regardless of citizenship or not, will be denied purchase of firearms through normal firearms dealers.
Now, to make it illegal to sell a firearm that you own to another person is a stretch too far. That is a step to confiscation of firearms of all in USA. We can never go there. It is not worth the risk to think the Fed and State Government will be responsible controllers.
The 2nd Amendment must stand. Regardless of how bad this looks. Local control should be the enforcement level.
There is a good reason that for close to 60 months there has not been a month that there were less than a million firearms purchased. The public sees that we are in a legal crisis at the Fed Gov Level and in many Blue Lawless state.

It seems to me the Judicial Branch is infected with terminal cancer and it has spread to the Legislative and Executive Branch.
Back when our founders wrote the BOR, it was understood that ‘the people’ referred to the citizens of the nation, and not foreign diplomats, &etc.
SOB doesn't even have the legal right to BE HERE ... possession of weapons is rather a moot point.
The police in America CANNOT ask a person if they are an illegal or not! Only the Border Patrol can do that.
