It is a very artfully crafted piece of legislation to legalize, codify and taxpayer fund the illegal border policies Mayorkas has instituted.
The 5000 average /8500 max daily people crossing is only the start. It actually funds and enables the diversion of illegals into border processing centers with a limit of 1500 illegals per day per port of entry processing center. Oh and by the way, there is no real mechanism in place to accurately track the number of border crosses and system is run by people who are activists with no qualms about cooking the books on the head count and there is no oversight mechanism to keep them honest.
This diverts the flow of illegals to ports of entry where they can be processed and transported away from the border and into the country out of the public eyes to hide the flood from the American people to fool us during the election year .
$2.3 billion goes to NGOs to transport the illegals from around the world to the border and to the ports of entry so we are taxpayer funding the human trafficking into the country .
It also pays form more activists to process the illegals in an expedited fashion and move them into the heartland quickly and covertly to avoid the negative PR of large groups gathered together.
it's really very devious and carefully crafted plan to legalize and efficiently recruit illegals from all around the world, transport them to the border, get them processed into the country at the border in a quasi legal fashion and then transport them all across the country under the radar screen as secretly as possible and then get them established with tax payer funded welfare benefits to the tune of $9000 per month in places like Chicago and NYC.
If you’ve ever met some this politicians, stupid is a far far better explanation then wicked!

Why in God’s name would anyone think a Senator not from a border state has a clue about what’s going on at the border or how many Americans are increasingly alarmed by the hordes of foreigners invading our country? Talk about “out of touch!”
