Indeed as we sit here and listen to them discussing nearly identical tactics on us and in some cases implementing them. We witness what is happening ‘over there’ and cannot see it is happening here too.
Allow me to address this as I have done before, as this is among the biggest issues I have with my fellow Real Americans: The inability or refusal to follow up on stories.
Yes, by the authority of that ***** Cynthia Freeland, and that (expletive) Justin Trudeau, they did move to cease accounts of not only truckers, but even those who supported the trucker's actions.
Then there was a report about 2 or 3 days later where the RCMP (FBI - maple leaf version) got involved to make sure folks got their funds back. I don't recall where I saw the story (oh yeah - here it is ) . Now, forget all the blah blah blah in see in this link. I was told personally by a bank associate friend of mine that this edict caused a run on Canadian banks with folks moving boatloads of cash into U.S. and other banks; which of course makes logical sense.
Found this out while trying to get access to my own funds during that time, and a close friend explained what was going on. This was also a big topic on Canadian talk radio when it was going on. Wasn't reported too much on this side of the Great Lakes, but things were getting real close to going kinetic up there, which is why common sense had to set in.

Incipient bank runs makes perfect sense. Anybody sympathetic to the truckers and opposed to the tyranny would yank their money out of Canadian banks in a heartbeat.
Just shows how little people like Trudeau and his henchmen think things through.

As you know, honest follow-ups in the press are rare. Apologies never happen. Sometimes there will be a retraction in a tiny paragraph at the bottom of page 28 at 11:30 pm Friday night.
It is a very common tactic to run with the sensational headline besmirching conservatives and correct the story a week later. By then, the damage has been done. How many Americans believe Trump really raped that troglodyte E. Carroll Jean in Bergdorfs?
