The entire Biden administration is a con job and political fraud by the leadership of the Democratic Party. They only put up Biden because his negatives were less than all the other Dim candidates, and then they worked the party faithful to not worry that Biden was not really campaigning most of the time. Biden has from day one been no more than a stand-in, a card board cut out placeholder for a cabal that actually runs everything behind him. I do not seriously think that Biden, the man, has personally taken charge of anything. His handlers do it all.
