There’s a popular ‘Journey’ cover band from Atlanta here in the Southeast called ‘Departure’.................
Will Arrival be renamed to Departure?
Just refresh that same page, and it should give you the option to expand the rest of the story, without an app.
Avanti designers to senior management: “so what do you think about the body style of our new EV?”
senior management to Avanti designers:
“Not ugly enough......paint it bird shit yellow”
Right in the article they name the company.

Arrival EV maker enters bankruptcy (administration)
Arrival, which has a decade of history, has entered administration, the British version of a bankruptcy filing. In theory, the move only impacts the company’s assets in the United Kingdom, but that’s functionally the entire company.
Instead of making just passenger cars, Arrival sought to build a large van, a bus, and a car that was being positioned for use by ride-hailing companies like Uber and Lyft. The company’s XL Van, which sort of looked like a more-cheaply-made version of the Mercedes Benz Sprinter, appeared to be its signature product.
“Looks like something that came out of a Soviet bloc country. Yuck.”
That’s the beauty of the idea. It’s already hideous; making it electric (”E-vanty,”) can’t make it any worse.
Not true.

You have to download the app to find out what company is going bust. Just a paean to Musk.
It's just buried pretty far down on the page.
Some Brit company I'd never heard of.
If Trabant made EVs.
Just for the record, there isn’t an EV Avanti to my knowledge, it was just a funny thought. I bet they would sell, though.
Regardless...still ugly as hell. Lol!

EV Avanti.
IS that real? Interesting. I could see it as an enthusiast or small custom shop build.
Time flies. Wikipedia on Avanti tells me the company still had some life as late as 2006. I hadn't seen one since probably the 1980s some time.
He looks like a lesbian.
That's all we need to know....
It took seven paragraphs to get to the name of the company. A lot of electrons were wasted describing the need for infrastructure and the difficulty of starting an EV car company.
Crap writing.
If somebody wants to resurrect a Studebaker, I think a properly modernized Hawk would sell:
Arrival? Never heard of it.
Brit car, who cares.
Tucker? Would have more “name recognition” today, even in Russia.
