Exposing it as such— whether winning or losing— tarnishes any and all cases that follow as political prosecutions. Americans don’t appreciate X-Prez persecutions, except for those severely infected with TDS
Weird how,gay sex in a gov building is a-ok, but mere allegations of hush money charges are enough to take the president of the nation to court, when even if true, money paid to someone to get them to drop a case is not illegal. Should the one that was paid “hush money” be the one facing a charge for breaking the AGREEMENT that they signed?

I would agree - however, ‘consensual adult sexual activity’ is now considered part of ‘educating’ the youth as a stand on Free Speech. Constitutional purists aren’t they?
From what I read Senator Graham would most certainly want to keep consensual adult activity out of the public view. Speaker Johnson being a ‘strong’ Christian would want to continue to be quiet on the subject as it continues to be pushed in our faces and do nothing about ‘hate’ crimes created to lawfare believers.

Let’s play fire with fire. We need Republicans to infiltrate the jury selection! I don’t know how I don’t know what the steps would be, but we need to start fighting back! Really, it’s his private business. The idea is that the monies were funneled by campaign funds somehow...which is stupid. There’s actually a third attorney involved who worked FOR Cohen and drew up the NDA. And apparently they had done the same thing for others. Look...it’s just another way to try to get Trump....and none of the court’s business.
These women were not involved in court testimony, so whatever he paid them,
it’s not a matter for a court to get involved in.
This is juvenile level thinking on this judge’s part.
These are all cases that should be tossed out on appeal.
If the women did not declare the income on their tax returns, that could be
an infraction for a court to get involved in.
Ex parte communications are only illegal if they involve substantive issues. The judges were discussing scheduling issues; since the D.C. case has been stayed due to President Trump’s appeal based on presidential immunity, there is no scheduling conflict which would prevent the Manhattan case going to trial on March 25.
Merchan thinks it’s all perfectly normal. Just like where he’s from...Colombia.
