Interesting that this came out just at the conclusion of today’s Fani Willis testimony in Atlanta.
Other evidence and people have backed up the informant’s testimony. How will they square that hole?
While announcing the impeachment inquiry, then-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy said “a trusted FBI informant has alleged a bribe to the Biden family.” The FBI is now using some of the same memos that congressional Republicans released as part of their indictment against Smirnov.
“For months we have warned that Republicans have built their conspiracies about Hunter and his family on lies told by people with political agendas, not facts,” said Abbe Lowell, Hunter Biden’s lawyer, in a statement to CNN.”
He claimed that the Bidens received millions of dollars in bribes from Burisma. He’s accused of lying about that.
So the democrat FBI has every incentive the file false charges and take out a witness.
The headline worked as planned no matter the substance of the indictment.
WSJ left the two opinion pieces (comments allowed) up on the front page side bar for only about an hour. You now have to look for the articles to find them. The article consisting of “Willis didn’t do anything wrong” (no comments allowed) is still on the front page. As is the story of the informant’s indictment. Guess which issue the media will be discussing tomorrow?
Precedent has been set with regard to FJB, they won’t prosecute him because he’s old and has memory problems. This is solely to protect Hunter, just like Weiss did with the thrown out plea bargain attempt.
The game is rigged, folks.
