That's not always determinative of the final ruling. Judges have been known to give greater leeway to the side that's going to be filing the appeal. I haven't been following this one closely enough to know where the judge is going to come out.

Well ive been watching for awhile now and she is quite interesting with all

Heres my initial take , it was so plainly obvious I wanted to barf.

She thinks she can obfuscate by filibustering.

judge as if he supports her “ stories”.

the judge? he is a AH*le . I wonder if he really knows what he is doing, he is certainly a lightweight and it appeats he is rusing everything to just get it over with. Maybe he was a traffic court judge beforehand.

If the judge determines Willis engaged in an actual conflict of interest with her lover and fellow prosecutor, Willis would be removed from the case, handing Trump a massive victory in the Georgia election interference case.

How, though? The charges have already been brought by Willis' office. Even if she is removed, won't another prosecutor just proceed with the case?
