Watching this entire thing explode like a pile of dog turds after a lit M80 goes off in the middle of it - contaminating everything around it - has been absolutely glorious!
Is she able to address the attorney like this in these
proceedings? I’m used to a person having to actually
answer questions, not go off on a self-serving tangent.
The entitlement drips form this one...
All over the country! In academia, government, judiciary, media, medical, military, police, sports, you name it! Corruption abounds unabated, full-steam ahead.
May God have mercy on the good people of these United States.
She was a hostile, uncooperative witness the whole time. The judge should have stopped her long snappy rants.
I don’t know how the judge will rule. Neither does anyone else here, and the comments about bribes, taking orders from the governor, etc are just BS speculation. But you are correct. Judge has already made his decision. Not sure whether or not his order is appealable in GA, but in any event he is making a record in an extremely high profile case. If he was going to rule against her, I’d expect him to do exactly what’s he’s doing— giving her lots of room so she can’t claim she didn’t have a chance to fully air her side, and seemingly batting the other side around a bit.
That said, per my understanding of GA law, she and her boyfriend should be recused. For Pete’s sakes, people, wait to see the result before speculating about wicked motives
Civil Rights pioneer C.B.King used to talk about two judges in Southwest Georgia. With one, he knew he was a “R” as soon as he walked in the courtroom. He knew he was an “R” throughout the trial. But he couldn’t tell he was an “R” when he read the ruling. The other always treated him with respect. But when he got the ruling he knew he was an “R”. Wish I could recall the exact quotes. Probably couldn’t type them here even if I could.

Fani Willis’ all-cash financial system is a red flag to her deceptive life style. It is a system used by the mob built for money laundering. I hope the judge sees through her tactics in the case.
Fair enough PJ. I’ll put down my marker, too. Until I see otherwise I’m going to assume this judge will act with integrity and refuse her and Wade.
I think he already got them.
The case for sexual impropriety has been established. It will prove conflict of interest. That will disqualify the case and force it to be taken up by another prosecutor. Another prosecutor will look at the case and refuse to go forward because of the flimsy case for racketeering.
All very true, but there is nothing like a witness going full-on Captain Queeg to get the truth out in the open. I’m disappointed that he called a recess to protect her from spewing all sorts of things.
My hope is that they will get into the White House meetings and coordination with the J6 Committee — and that with a little help she’ll lose control of herself again.
I hope Judge McAfee becomes the second judge to do so, but I fear he's going to look for a way to "split the baby" and refer her for charges by the state but allow her to continue for now until the state acts on its own.
That will punt it to Gov. Kemp to decide.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee said he won’t rule on whether DA Fani Willis and her office should be disqualified from the case until after attorneys for both sides have a chance to present arguments, which he said would likely happen next Friday or the following week. He said during a hearing Monday that Willis could be disqualified “if evidence is produced demonstrating an actual conflict or the appearance of one.”
Willis’s team opted not to bring her back today, avoiding the spectacle of more deeply personal testimony from the district attorney.
