As a Realtor, I regularly conspired with sellers and listed homes over the value of the tax assessment. Where do I turn myself in? /sarc

Watch those asking prices, sellers.

Big Government is watching you and now has the ultimate authority to determine valuation.

So folks will adjust, as they do in every corrupt society.

So in New York, you'll have to donate to the Democratic Party.

the intent was to insert government into every business real estate deal...to they have to get their cut -”10% for the Big Guy” for the deal to go forward

thats all. state.gov trying to horn in on the parts of business in NY city that the Irish and Italian mobs once claimed.

They could stop further chaos by reassuring investors that this trial was a one-time deal to selectively punish Donald Trump.

Assure others that this won’t happen again if sufficient “donations” are made to the correct people.

!!!

NYC is gone, (also Kaulifornia) until their inhabitants reap the wind and feel the burn, enough to sober themselves to their own decadence. GOD help us all.

“As one guy stated, “it’s like being convicted of murder and no one is dead”...”

I like that. That is the best analogy I have heard yet.

When Trump was active in New York real estate, he contributed to the Democratic Party, much as businesses paid protection money to the Mafia when that organization was in its heyday. From Boss Tweed in the 1860s to the present, paying off Democrat politicians is a way of life, not only in New York, but Boston, Chicago, and numerous other cities.

This absurd ruling is so DOA, in the higher courts, and should land Judge E and James in the slammer. Or not.

After all, a communist revolution is underway in America.

In many locals, the tax assessment is deliberately set well below present market valuations. In a lot of places, sales prices are not public information and so there is no “market” assessment.

Democrats will accept any amount of collateral damage to get at Trump.

In 2017 a decision was taken to burn the country to the ground and rule the ashes.

Selling real estate isn’t a problem. Financing it with fraudulent numbers is. Especially when the lending institution has government money involved.

“I don’t understand where someone got hurt … What developer doesn’t ask for the highest price valued for any building they built?” O’Leary asked.

Xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Using this standard, every entrepreneur on the shark tank would be guilty of fraud for their higher asking price for their business than the sharks are willing to pay.

Well, that is stage 3 of the Globalist's plans. All Realestate will be taken over by the world government, managed by Blackrock, Vanguard etc, and rented to the peasants... those who have social credit high enough to be allowed shelter..

I wonder if the good judge ever borrowed money that was collateralized by real property? Maybe Tucker should look into this.

The people of New York City will deeply regret the day they cheered this outcome. They will suffer mightily for this in ways most do not foresee.

When NYC is reduced to an uninhabitable trash heap, those who recognize this as pure evil will have no sympathy for the wicked in NYC whose fervent cries for help and deliverance will fall upon deaf ears.
