“The draft resolution, in part, states: “The Republican National Committee and its leadership will stay neutral throughout the Presidential primary and not take on additional staff from any of the active Presidential campaigns until a nominee is clearly determined by reaching 1,215 delegates.”

No problem with in principle for all elections but this is obviously targeted at Trump as the 2024 primary is essentially over .

Super Tuesday is in 10 days, and Trump will have a majority of delegates then.

You may be right but honestly? If there’s anybody that stands a chance at successfully establishing a new party and relegating the current Republicans to “Whig” status, it’s Trump. It would take someone with the following and political sway that he enjoys to make that happen.

I also doubt it would ever happen, but just as when you have a serious injury and gangrene sets in, sometimes you just have to amputate.

“NBC. This isn’t news. It’s far left commie misinformation.”

I agree with you. I need a whole lot more information than believing an article from NBC.

Their primary reason for existence is to raise funds and get Republicans elected.

No, their purpose is to raise money and get the candidates the major donors want elected.

Their major donors are globalists who want RINOs elected in districts where they can't get a Democrat.

Agreed. SOMETHING needs to happen. It needed to happen DECADES ago. I pray that not all is lost!

We’ve been given the most amazing ‘Blueprint’ as to how to run a Country of FREE PEOPLE - and so much of it has been ruined. :(

Henry Barbour?

Do they mean Haley Barbour?

Yes...Haley. Like...Niki Haley.

Bummer - I used to like Haley Barbour.

Barbour just incinerated any political influence he still has by obstructing the reelection of Donald Trump.

Re: "Conservatives NEED A NEW PARTY!"

Useless.

USA Conservatives are a permanent minority.

Maybe we could elect one or two U.S. Senators.

Maybe we could elect ten U.S. Representatives.

Maybe our Presidential candidate could win 40 Electoral Votes.

We have two choices...

Painful compromises.

Or - political extinction.

I’m a 30 year small contributor to National Republican candidates. My early money helps conservatives that I have chosen to support. Ted Cruz, Scott Walker and MTG to name a few of the National candidates I have supported in the past.

I can count on one finger of either hand how many times I gave to the RNC or affiliated groups. This kind of petty stupidity and the fact 99% of all elected Republicans fail to follow not only our Constitution but also the Planks of the Republican Party causes me to give them the single finger salute!!!

The Platform is the current Rules of the Party drafted by the rank and file Republicans on the ground working as PCO’s, Convention Delegates and local Party officers.

The Republican Party’s Platform is very good…except…I asked Pierre Delecto at a rally in Longview, Washington for Washington GOP State Committee members during his prez run to tell me what his favorite “plank” in the National platform was? A Deer in the headlights moment, but being the consummate slimy dimocRAT in Republican clothing politician, he replied something that wasn’t even in the Platform and he got the Hell away from our table. Punks.

Fund the candidates, that way no bastard can skim off enough of our contributions to pay their pathetic expenses.
