Howard is still delusional I see. People claim Trump was a draft dodger by getting a medical deferment, despite him not having a high enough number to ever be drafted, while Howard Dean got a medical deferment for a bad back because he was close to being drafted. And what did he do while he had that deferment? He spent a whole year skiing on the slopes of Aspen, Colorado during that time.
