A friend of mine has apartments. If they don’t pay the rent he removes the door to the apartment.

If they’ve shortened it to 30 days — it’s hard to get a court date within that time.
I don’t own rental property anymore — I did have to do an eviction — I think it was more than 30 days from the time my lawyer filed to the court date.
So the owner would have to take the law into his own hands...
Why haven’t you sent him a “message”?

She was the one with connections. Boyfriend in the police dept.
We hired a private investigator. He found nothing. She was paid in cash... any info she had to submit in court, was heavily redacted.
Then she got pregnant.
Case closed.
