It's odd that nobody brings this up in the context of prosecuting Trump now with his dementia. He arguably was stupid, but no dementia 20 years ago.
It’s odd that nobody brings this up in the context of prosecuting BIDEN now with his dementia. He arguably was stupid, but no dementia 20 years ago.
Does anybody need more proof that it’s not a Republic anymore?
Joe Biden broke the laws and did espionage for 40 years with records he was never supposed to have, and tried to hide the evidence, and he did it for money. No prosecution by the DOJ.
This is what Fascist Justice looks like.
...but he's a democrat = no crime.
Trump?
...furthest extent of the law lawfare = make sh t up as we go, judge shop/jury shop...and make it stick.
What he didn’t say, but was the MOST important reason not to charge Trump is.. a liberal DC jury wouldn’t convict him, so what would be the point in charging him.
The fact is there is no justice for conservatives in DC because the jury pool is tainted beyond fairness.
Meanwhile “Two Sugars” Hutchinson tells a made up story she heard second or third hand (later proven to be false) and the criminals on the J6 committee take it as gospel.
If Biden were charged, would everything be hushed up because “ongoing investigation?”
So...I know we are out here in fly-over country, but how is that SLoJo does not have the cognitive ability to fully defend himself against charges of illegally holding classified information, but he (apparently to the lefturds) does have the cognitive ability to run the country?
He is a puppet, and not even a good one. And, we are doomed as a free Nation.
But President Retard is too stupid to prosecute they say
So many times when politicians use lots of pronouns, grammatically they are modifying the wrong person. Here on FreeRepublic, it would be helpful if comments referencing a person began with a proper name instead of a pronoun.
Questions for Mr. Hur: (1) If Biden’s illegal possession of classified documents goes back decades as you have noted, was he a well meaning old man with memory issues when he began illegally obtaining, possessing and sharing classified information years ago? (2) If you had decided that the evidence warranted prosecution would you have proceeded if the case would be tried in a different venue from the D.C. district?
We will never get to justice through the justice Department.
wake me when there’s handcuffs.
later
I would add a third reason:
The President is the top office of the executive branch. Who else in the executive branch can give orders to the President?
Declassification procedures exist for the underlings, not the President. The President has plenary power.

Excellent!🤔
Hur Blows!
He sat there and tried to say he didn’t know the laws which made Trump’s and Biden ‘s cases different!
He is either a liar or he should never have been a Federal Prosecutor!
Straight forward for even us non attorneys:
Must the president follow any specific declassification procedures?
The answer is a resounding no for two reasons. First, Executive Order 13526 on its face contains no such declassification procedures.
The Order sets forth (1) who may declassify information and (2) what standards they should apply, but beyond that, there is no additional process required.
While both individual agencies and the Information and Security Oversight Office have developed additional rules about how declassification should be carried out, none of these procedures apply to the president.
Second, given the president’s constitutional authority over both classified information and the administration of presidential executive orders, even if Executive Order 13526 did establish constraints, they are at most self-constraints that the president has the power to ignore.
Biden Stole his documents!
My favorite excuse he testified to was Biden kept saying “ he didn’t remember this, remember that”, etc.
That’s how EVERY Democrat answers a question in court.
Remember Hillary in a Congressional deposition years ago saying “ I don’t recall” all the time? So many that Rush had a parody of it.
