This horrendously-written piece was the joint product of two individuals? I am just looking at this excerpt. Can’t imagine how bad the entire article is.

I am picturing the vendor circulating among the cars wearing a tray hanging from his neck like those of the glamorous cigarette girls in the nightclubs of the 1930s and ‘40s.

I also found a suit for debt filed against him by Uhg I LLC in Kings County, NY.
This foreclosure case from a year ago could also be connected to him. Same name but with a middle initial of R:

Gamma Mall also sued the same person for debt collection in 2014.
Where did you find that out? His name sounds middle eastern to me.
