Why don't they just admit that these are after-the-fact compensations for the fundamental problem that our schools are no longer capable of educating our youth to the same standards of reading, arithmetic, and science of past generations.

Why would anyone want to hire an attorney who can’t perform well enough under pressure to pass the bar exam? I would hope that those who didn’t pass the bar exam can be identified but I doubt it because that might stigmatize them and label them as the second-rate attorneys that they probably are.

2. anyone hiring a non-bar lawyer will now always claim they had poor representation whenever they lose ...

No Worries! Oregon recently announced there will be no High School Exit Exam. So......at the end of high school, claim that you are a black transsexual transvestite from Transylvania, and... Shazam, you now have a law degree and can ‘practice’ law.
