Trump doesn’t own most of the commercial real estate in New York outright is what I have heard. There are many other parties in involved in many of those properties.
These might be ones that are more clear cut (owned only by him)
I hope she seizes the estate, only to find that Barron Trump has been squatting on it for six months.

Being the real estate export she has demonstrated she is, all of Trump’s possessions combined will be valued at a total of $1,276.54. That of course will be insufficient to cover the fine leaving her no recourse but to jail him.
A question: if the state seizes a property, does the state then assume paying taxes on that property? If so, Letitia seizing Trump’s assets is now burdening the state of NY and NYC with the millions of dollars in taxes. Since NY and NYC are both bitching about being too broke to feed a few illegals, how does that make her look especially if the property does not sell quickly?

A. Trump survived and prospered in the bloodthirsty world of realty development.
B. Trump survived in the dog-eat-dog world of TV. 14 years at the top of the ratings.
C. Trump survived the cutthroat world of gaming.

I’d have gone “Wyatt’s Torch” on my New York holdings long ago, and she would be hoping that I didn’t go ‘Ragnar Danneskjöld’ on New York too.
As far as I know, she hasn't commented. But the article I linked illustrates some of the so-called fraud she is alleging regarding this property. No doubt, it is not as earth-shaking a target as, say Trump Tower. That would be nuclear and everybody knows it.
The endgame Phase I, is to ground him, and the campaign/plane.
Be prepared to offer transportation, and fine housing in your area for his upcoming stops.
Have a prepared on site mini-rally before his main rally.
Rally any and all his train stops if necessary.

Get a grip that isn’t going to happen. She might take that property but so what. Now the question is this, on the deadline I think he will come up with the funds and stick it to her.
They can’t do anything with property except hold it as Bond while everything in on appeal. If they were to try and sell it and he wins on appeal then he get that money back plus interest, etc. and any damages.
