Federal judges don’t get paid very well, compared to private lawyers. (They have nice salary, don’t get me wrong, but a typical associate at a big firm makes way more money.)

You obviously think that the job of FDNY is to to put out fires and save lives. But to the left the primary purpose of FDNY (as well as other government services) is to provide employment and that employment must be ‘equitably’ distributed. Why else hire 140 pound women to fight fires and rescue people.

Remember the statue (was it ever built) honoring the firefighters who died on 9-11 that made sure that one was black, one latino, and one was female?
