Free Republic has had hundreds of articles on the various types of vote fraud used to steal the 2020 election. If you had read them, you would know about the evidence.
Here is a specific example.
The Maricopa County Arizona election was audited by the Cyber Ninjas organization. The specific guy put in charge of looking at the overseas ballots testified to the Arizona Senate that the number of overseas ballots went from around 3,000 in 2016, to nearly 10,000 in 2020.
95% for Joe Biden.
These are military votes. If you know anything at all about the military voting patterns, you know this result is absolutely false on the face of it. The Military leans heavily Republican, and Arizona also leans Republican. That the overseas ballots would come in at 95% in favor of the corrupt idiot pervert is beyond plausibility.
And there are countless examples of similar nonsense throughout the 2020 election.
Defending the vile Democrats, and issuing veiled threats to those who would hold them accountable.

Trump made his own evidence dump a few months back. I'm sure it contained some overlap with hereistheevidence.com but it contained a few new things I hadn't seen before.
As for using the evidence, it's not possible because the courts are various degrees of incompetent, biased and cowardly.
The best it can be used for is to instruct the Justice Department to investigate and prosecute everyone invovled in the fraud, but it isn't going to fix the stolen election. Not now.

Have you actually looked at any of these cases they attempted to file? The judges are clearly @$$holes intent on preventing Trump from filing them.
Very few of these coward judges even touched this. They said "let this cup pass before me."
Trump's cases were just fine, the problem was a coward/biased judiciary, which is a common problem in modern America.

You aren't understanding me. They never got to the stage of presenting evidence. The cases kept getting dismissed on procedural grounds without ever getting to the presenting evidence stage.

Until they want to be. We've seen so many "throw it at the wall and see if it sticks" cases in our courts to know they have no problem with that so long as it is an issue they want to make a statement about.
The Judicial system is mostly whims of judges, not actual law.
When you file, you provide your basic evidence in your complaint. Their’s was Trump lost and how can that be? Even some of Trump’s attorneys have stated they had no hard evidence. Just ideas and theories. Among them Chinese thermostats. Italian satellites.
That's why they didn't bother re-upping the long-running RNC consent decree in 2018.
Of course, the Democrat Party operatives on Free Republic will lie and obfuscate all day long, sneering and scoffing at any hint of their skullduggery.
Give us examples. Don't just assert a claim the enemy wants promulgated, show us the truth.
That being said, much of the evidence of corrupt elections was not discovered soon enough to do something about it. I keep seeing new pieces of evidence coming out after three years.
