The US has a vast number of Patriot missiles and ATACMs. Indeed, the bulk of the Patriots and ATACMs are past their use-by date and should be disposed of.
Also true for GMLRS (HIMARS/M270) missiles. Also 155mm, of which a proportion are past use-by, and especially millions of rounds of DPICM/”cluster” rounds which were supposed to be disposed of years ago. And then there are an uncertain number of SDBMLRS made from small diameter bombs on old MLRS bombardment rockets, of which there is a surplus of hundreds of thousands.
Repeating the same mistakes we made in 1940-41 that eventually sucked us into an unnecessary war that got over 400,000 Americans killed, all to help one socialist dictator against another socialist dictator. When we will ever learn?

Right. It is fake money - but the sarcasm tag is needed, because even though the currency is fake - the wealth we are pissing away by printing it and spending it on government nonsense is very, very real.
When fake currency is printed and spent, that puts a debt obligation on the backs of the American middle class - a lien against our real assets - and since the government spends it on worthless programs, we have nothing of value to show for it.
The government is using fake money to confiscate our real wealth - they are spending us into oblivion.

The US does need to build up its ammo stocks with much more modern missiles. The biggest threat is China, which will require very different weapons than Ukraine.
Things like more and better Navy SM3’s and LRASM.
