Excellent point. Consider the frustration and road rage possibilities as speed controlled vehicles obstruct traffic flow and become rolling roadblocks, particularly when speed limits are unreasonably low. This is exactly what will happen when "full self driving" vehicles, which are programmed to perfectly obey speed laws, start to show up.
And GPS, which as we all know is perfect and error free, will be used to orchestrate the chaos. /s
As is the case now, if you tinker with the software, you can kiss your warranty goodbye.
We can not do it in America. Traffic courts and affiliated jurisdictions need the money!! Not to mention the jobs, thus tax revenue, lost from the manufacturing of radar guns, detectors, and unconstitutional speed and red light cameras.
