You stated that you know with certainty that it’s a lie that he killed Navalny. Did your Ouija board tell you so, or did the CIA say it ain’t so. That report didn’t “clear” Putin. Even if he didn’t physically order his death, incarcerating him right near the North Pole definitely had something to do with it.
