uhm. i can think of a lot of natural body functions that have been criminalized, depending on where you do it.

I disagree; if this isn't 'breaking news', nothing is.

I believe that the police officer who arrested Mr. Grixti pulled the latter's finger immediately prior to the incident, so he's the one who should have been charged, at least as an accessory.

"David Grixti had been fined $200, the equivalent of £71, by a court in June."

Under the old British monetary system, this would have been equivalent to 80,000 farthings. lol

Well I hope he produced a thank-you fart for the judge on his way out of the court room.

I think I am more concerned that the poor man was arrested for flatulence in the first place.

(giggling uncontrollably)

I'm afraid the FDA (Flatulence Detective Agency) were hot on the tail.

Is it Friday already?

Depending upon the intensity of the flatus, if Australian law can't handle it, maybe the Chemical Weapons Convention comes into play...

My mother always told us " Better out and have a frolic than in and have the colic."

A couple years ago my nephew and his wife had their first baby. This baby cried all the time. When he was about 3 months old I asked how was the baby. My nephew replied. " He is just fine now and quite pleasant since he learned how to fart."
