Caseyjay died last night in a single car accident. She fell asleep while driving home from the airport. It was a 90 mile drive and she missed it by 6 miles at 11 pm. She was my lover/companion for the last 2 years.
I shall miss her dearly. I loved her.

The modern socialists have learned their lessons well from the communists, in my opinion. They have learned that it is not worth their effort to centrally control the economy, instead, it is easier to let others do the dirty work of business (i.e. making the trains run on time), and just control it all through regulation, taxes, and bureaucracy.
And as to the promises of politicians... just look at our current election process. It seems to boil down to who can give out the most goodies. How sad that people are willing to give up so much, for so little.

I'll never forget the evening you spent with Mrs. L and I. You're still in our thoughts and we miss you terribly.
