Scenario from Washington, DC (or is it from Hell?):
- A trash sucker fish is declared an endangered species.
- Coho salmon are reported endangered.
- Irrigation water is turned off to raise Klamath Lake level to save fish.
- 1200, m/l, farms become parched to uselessness.
- 1200, m/l, farming families become destitute.
- Farmers turn the water back on.
- BLM turns the water back off.
- Men with guns appear from Hell to guard the water gates.
- BLM agents with guns at the gates ignore our National Anthem -- raw, scurrilous, uncouth.
- Menacing, unmarked attack jets roar overhead in low altitude maneuvers.
- Big, parachute jumper planes arch the sky.
- Someone from Hell seems intent on taking the land.
- The eternal question continues to rear its ugly head: WHY?
- A thorny question pains the farmers: WHO PAYS THOSE GUN GUYS?
-
-
Scenario from Klamath Falls, Oregon:
- The trash sucker fish is abundant and a nuisance in the pipes and ditches.
- Those suckers thrive better in low lake level where oxygen is more abundant.
- About 2 ½ years ago the Klamath River was at a record low flow.
- The following year the cohos returned in record high numbers.
- Lots of water is being diverted to commercial power generating plants.
- The food supply to the West's largest flyway is gone due to no grain crops.
- A wildlife refuge marsh is drying up due to lack of irrigation runoff.
Klamath Falls to Washington, DC:
- What in Hell is going on here?
- The farmers hold deeds to this property and water.
- Congress: Do you work for the taxpayers or the Devil?
Reality Check to Congress, DC:
Enter the Supreme Law of the Land:
- The Constitution of the United States
- Federalist Papers
- Supreme Court cases.
- The land held by the federal government is limited to WnDC and military stuff.
- Nothing, not even treaties, can change that inscription in stone; only amending.
- Therefore, the federal government has no legal authority to hold any land, water or improvements in the Klamath Irrigation District (KID) :
- no Bureau of Land Management (BLM)
- no Bureau of Reclamation (BoR)
- no United States National Forests
- no United States Forest Service (USFS)
- etc, etc, etc.
That land all must be ceded to the farmers and the several States.
Another eternal question festers:
WHO WILL PROSECUTE OUR PARLIAMENT IN HELL? (Or is it Washington, DC?)
- They took the farmers' money for taxes. (Tops in industrialized world - Armey)
- Now they use their money to hurt them.
- The farmers have no money to defend themselves.
-
Who Will Tell the People? (Bill Greider, Simon and Schuster)
- Who will feed the people? Mexico? Chile? China? NAFTA?
- Who controls the pesticides on imported food?

Here is a readable essay answering this unlawful, scandalous fraud. This is an historic essay by Doug Fiedor that demands study if you are to help this country survive. It's right here on FreeRepublic.
See everyday pics of that Klamath Basin disaster. This takes 5 minutes to load, so start it and go get a cup of coffee.
Read other documents on the Klamath Basin Water Crisis. Court Cooks Glancing Goose is another classic.

High farmer's taxes: Dick Armey, Congress, 9-5-01, Economy Needs a Capital Gains Tax Cut, Our capital gains tax rates are among the highest in industrialized countries, putting our companies and workers at a disadvantage. On average, the capital of U.S. businesses and farmers is taxed 80% higher than foreign competitors.; <http://freedom.gov/library/economics/capgains.asp>

Thanks for the post. This will help get the word around. Those poor farmers need all the support they can get to oppose BIG brother with guns and planes.
